Sarah Broehl: Trains athletes of all ages, including multiple teams that made it to the state finals in the last 10 years multiple times. Played division I field hockey at University of Delaware. Coached high school and travel field hockey, basketball, and soccer for 10 years. Champion powerlifter (Rumble on Pratt Street, 1st place, qualified for nationals, RPS New Jersey State Championships 1st place). Competed in Crossfit and Strongman competitions. CPPS certified.

The Savage Sports Performance training system focuses on improving maximal strength (by using variations of the squat, deadlift, and bench press), increasing explosive strength (jumping, sprinting, etc.), improving strength endurance, increasing durability, finding and fixing weakness for lagging muscle groups, and general physical preparedness. On a regular basis, we test the vertical jump, 40 yard dash, and other indicator exercises to ensure every athlete is improving.
