We build strength because it carries over. Stronger athletes sprint faster, jump higher, absorb contact, and stay durable through long seasons. Our strength work is progressive, coached every rep, and built around movements that matter.
Speed is not built by running more. It comes from sprint training, force production, and the ability to put effort into the ground. We train acceleration, change of direction, jumps, and throws because that's where competitive performance lives.

Sport breaks athletes down. Training is what builds them back up. We coach mobility, single-leg work, decelerations, and recovery so athletes can stay healthy.

Back home for break? Stay sharp. We've coached athletes home from D1, D2, and D3 programs across baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and football.

We coach adults who want to train like athletes while respecting the reality of their joints and schedules. Our system prioritizes single-leg strength, mobility, and metric-driven conditioning to ensure you're building a durable body that performs as well as it looks.
These are athletes who showed up consistently, year after year, and trained the basics really well.

Savage is owned and coached by Pete and Sarah Broehl. We're on the floor. We know your athlete by name. We know what sport they play, what their goals are, and what they need to work on. That's not a marketing line. It's how we run the business.

Savage Sports Performance has been incredible for me and my family. My son has been training there for 2 years, starting at age 9, to supplement his soccer programs. We have seen measurable improvements in his strength, speed and agility that has translated to more goals and playing time in his games. Both coaches and other parents have noticed these improvements. I started training at Savage 7 months ago, with the goals of losing weight, gaining strength, and most importantly, improving overall health. My dr was shocked and thrilled with my bloodwork, weight loss, and muscle gain at my most recent physical. Most recently, my 77 year old mother started training at Savage to build strength and improve health and balance. She is amazed at the improvements she has already seen as result of her work at Savage.
Pete and Sarah’s expertise and ability to understand and guide clients to meet and surpass their individual, specific goals is amazing. This isn’t a cookie cutter gym with a goal of just pushing the most weight around and risking injury. They take an incredibly educated and personalized approach to everyone who walks in their door and help them crush their specific goals. He designs individualized programs that align with each person’s goals - anchored in strength development, increasing speed and power, improving mobility and stability, and enhancing endurance. Having the benefit of Savage training my son for 8 years, I have seen how they have adapted training exercises to methodically develop him into a far better and stronger athlete than he otherwise would have been.
Savage has always created an environment where kids feel comfortable and are able to learn foundational training concepts that they will be able to use for the rest of their athletic careers and beyond.
Their commitment to long-term development is what truly makes them unique. I highly recommend Savage Sports Performance regardless of age, current fitness level or ability. I have personally seen them work with everyone from little leaguers to high level division 1 athletes.
